Josina is registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania as an Associate CPA in Public Practice. She is a registered Tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and holds a Master Science in Finance and Investment from Coventry University. Josina is currently a Partner of Auditax International (a firm specialized in the provision of tax, audit, advisory and accounting services) and an experienced auditor and tax consultant with over 14years of work experience. She manages audit assignments (both internal and external) and tax assignments in both private and public sectors organizations, specifically in the agriculture, tourism sector, hospitals and the Non-Governmental Organizations. Josina is experienced in training accounts and finance personnel on effective functioning. She also trains on IPSAS and IFRS.
